Connor Organ’s practice includes a wide range of complex civil litigation matters, including securities litigation, employment law, constitutional law, administrative law, and contract disputes. Connor also maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on general corporate issues, unfair trade practices, and Ohio’s Consumer Sales Practices Act. Before joining the firm, Connor served as a judicial clerk to Chief Judge Edmund A. Sargus of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, and as a judicial clerk to Judge Douglas R. Cole of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Western Division. Connor received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University. While in law school, Connor was a judicial extern to Justice R. Patrick DeWine of the Supreme Court of Ohio. Connor was also a law clerk at an international firm and worked as a research assistant for Professor Michael E. Solimine, focusing on procedural issues related to federal three-judge district courts that preside over election law disputes. |
