Ashley represents clients in a variety of complex civil litigation cases, involving labor and employment law, constitutional law, commercial litigation, securities litigation, and contract disputes. She extends her passion for litigation by maintaining an active pro bono practice.

Before joining Organ Law in 2020, Ashley represented plaintiffs across Ohio in each stage of the civil litigation process. Ashley has significant experience negotiating favorable settlements on behalf of clients, conducting and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and fostering client relationships. Since joining Organ Law, Ashley has appeared in both federal and state court, including the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Ashley’s skill for litigation extends to the courtroom, where she has appeared before the Tenth District Court of Appeals for oral argument on several occasions and has obtained favorable jury verdicts for her clients at trial. Most recently, Ashley helped recover a multi-million jury verdict in favor of her client, a former bank officer who filed suit against his employer for breach of contract.

Ashley graduated magna cum laude from The University of Dayton in 2013, where she studied political science, criminal justice, and sociology. In 2017, Ashley received her juris doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. During law school, Ashley was elected to serve as Chief Managing Editor of the The Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law, worked part-time as a certified legal intern at the Franklin County Prosecutor’s office, and privately tutored high school students in history and civics.

Ashley was selected to the 2021-2023 Super Lawyers Ohio Rising Stars lists. In her free time, she provides career mentorship to young students who aspire to practice law.
