Connor Organ

Connor Organ is an associate at Organ Law LLP and a Columbus business litigator who has obtained arbitration awards as first-chair counsel and served as special counsel to the Ohio Attorney General. Before joining the firm, he clerked for two federal judges in the Southern District of Ohio: Chief Judge Edmund A. Sargus Jr. and Judge Douglas R. Cole. Connor has been selected to the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for 2023–2027 and, in 2022, was the youngest lawyer named by Columbus CEO to its Best Lawyers list for General Litigation, followed by Top Lawyer recognition in 2023 and 2024. His practice includes commercial, employment, constitutional, administrative, shareholder, fraud, trade-secret, unfair-competition, and restrictive-covenant disputes.

Connor has represented clients, who range from individuals to international corporations, in both state and federal court, and has successfully earned arbitration awards for clients as the first-chair trial lawyer. Connor has also served as special counsel to the Ohio Attorney General.

In 2022, Columbus CEO Magazine named Connor as one of the Best Lawyers in Columbus for General Litigation, the youngest attorney on that list. And Columbus CEO Magazine included Connor on its list of Top Lawyers in 2023 and 2024. Further, since 2023, Super Lawyers has selected Connor each year as a Rising Star.



Before joining the firm in 2020, Connor served as a judicial clerk to Chief Judge Edmund A. Sargus of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, and as a judicial clerk to Judge Douglas R. Cole of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Western Division.
