She has successfully represented clients across the country in high-stakes matters involving securities, corporate governance, fiduciary duties, shareholder disputes, real estate litigation, employment law, UCC Article 3, insurance, business competition, restrictive covenants, trade libel, civil RICO claims, procurement disputes, and general commercial disputes.

Beyond business litigation, Kirsten has deep expertise in First Amendment issues, fraud, civil rights law, and probate and property disputes. She is also a seasoned investigator, having led internal investigations related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), securities violations, corporate governance, and nonprofit compliance during her tenure at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Washington, D.C., and later as a senior associate at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP in Columbus.
